Who likes to work for AMC’s? I sure don’t. We appraisers know all the issue with AMC’s… they over charge our clients and only pay us a fraction of our regular fee. This site was designed to do the similar funtions of an AMC without taking a large percentage of your appraisal fee! This website is an Appraiser RUN Co-op! The current annual membership dues are $100 for 1 county and $25 for each additional county. (BEFORE SIGNING UP - PLEASE SEARCH YOUR COUNTY TO MAKE SURE YOUR AREA ISN'T ALREADY FULLY COVERED BY APPRAISERS)
We are the OFFICIAL database for more reverse mortgage lenders than anyone else on the internet. We are currently negotiating with two of the largest reverse mortgage lenders to take over all appraiser approvals and maintain their nationwide approved appraiser database.
Our database is first-come first-serve, so sign up now to grab your position. Our membership fee is based on the number of counties you serve – however, since we also use Google Maps to find appraisers near the subject property – save your money and just sign up for counties you regularly serve. (the number of members in a county will be restricted once proper coverage is established - many counties in CA, AZ and FL are already full)
