What is a Partner Lender? A Partner Lender is a reverse mortgage lender who would like us to manage their approved appraiser list... for FREE. All you have to do is provide us with your approved appraiser list and we will contact the appraisers to have them sign-up for their account.

Why become a Partner Lender? There are several reasons. We will track the expiration dates of the appraisers license and E & O. We will send reminder e-mails to the appraiser before their license and/or E & O insurance will lapse. If the appraiser fails to submit a new license and/or E & O insurance, we will notify you for your appropriate actions. We handle all the mundane tasks so your staff can work on more important stuff.

We also monitor the Appraisal Standards Board to ensure your appraisers have not been sanctioned by their State Appraisal Board.

As a Partner Lender - you have a secure Administration Section... this is where you can approve, deny or add new appraisers with a click of the mouse.
